Hello and welcome, I am Jordana DiVento M.S.(c) Clinical Psychology, MPH, NBC-HWC, KYT
It is my truest pleasure to alleviate the suffering of the human experience. My professional history is eclectic, but informed by the awareness that culture, systems, and power shape our lives in the most profound ways. I enjoy working with individuals, groups, and teams in discovering personal power, freedom, and warm collaboration among trusted others who share similar values.
Professionally, I tend to take roles responsible for bringing about change and improvement, and often work across organizations with individuals (leaders, managers, team members) and teams, as well as partner with executives on culture-related initiatives. Organizational well-being is a special niche where I have experience lowering burnout through massive systemic culture change driven by strategic planning and high-touch, tailored interventions. In particular, I love implementing well-being surveys to measure year-over-year improvements and was successful in coaching leaders and teams in improving below benchmark scores to above benchmark scores. It felt incredibly rewarding to work with a wide variety of clinicians in complex clinical environments and receive their invitations to co-author peer-reviewed academic journals on our shared well-being work within the Stanford Center for Advanced Practice. I also trained under Dr. Maria Juarez-Reyez, an integrative primary care physician, to deliver stress reduction interventions in one of her clinical trials.
More recently I have led a healthcare services startup and collaborated with coaching entrepreneurs to strengthen the trust and sustainability of the coaching industry. Reaching further into the past, I created public health workforce pipelines for the Commonwealth of Virginia and improved mental health nonprofit service delivery.Â
Today I am enrolled full-time in a clinical psychology graduate degree program with an expected graduation date in 2027. I offer coaching groups and individual coaching services, and consult with organizations on well-being improvement efforts. My latest creative pursuit is piloting a new method of visualization crafted for people who are emerging from long states of burden and/or illness, and who desire the ability to dream of future aspirations and goals once again.
