Please see the "Request a Meeting" page if you would like to discuss organizational well-being consultation.
My specialization in organizational well-being is primarily informed by the Stanford Model of Professional Fulfillment. I served as an internal consultant for organizational well-being primarily for Stanford Medicine Children's Health, and also often implemented efforts within Stanford Health Care and Stanford University.
My work was dedicated to improving the overall quality and functioning of the ecosystem of the Stanford Enterprise, which included working with clinical and non-clinical teams, leaders, and individuals from all departments: housekeeping to the c-suite.
During my tenure at Stanford, my work directly lowered burnout and increased self-compassion. Some efforts I supported lowered intent to leave, enhanced retention, and created employee-led grassroots initiatives targeting professional fulfillment, culture of wellness, and personal resilience. If you would like to review the peer-reviewed published articles about this work, please see the Writing section of the website or request that I send the articles to you.
